Recruit Bertrand by Completing His Paralogue in Part 1: Zalmoxis is automatically equipped to Bertrand as soon as you complete his Part 1 Paralogue and he joins the party in Part 3. All Flame Lords can acquire the weapon on their path except Leda, who cannot access Bertrand's Paralogue, forcing you to do the other Flame Lord routes to acquire the weapon.
