Talk to Fabio in Chapter 12: To get Answerer Arisen, you must talk to Fabio in Chapter 12 to trigger a cutscene. At the beginning of combat, Answerer will be upgraded. Note that this is easily missable, so be sure to meet the conditions for the weapon.
