Upgradeable to Answerer Arisen in Chapter 12: Answerer can be upgraded to Answerer Arisen in Chapter 12 of Dietrich's path. You'll need to talk to Fabio in Dagsion to trigger a cutscene, and the weapon will be upgraded before combat begins.
